Density is the first album from Mike Cadoo's new Mdoo project. While Cadoo has been known for several different projects (Bitcrush/Dryft/Gridlock) spanning a breath of genres over the years this Mdoo project finds Mike experimenting with sound-sculpting and the almighty drone. The story goes that in the summer of 2010 after several fairly severe technical failures with his studio Cadoo uncovered his old 4-track and recorded tracks using shortwave radio, stylophone, and guitar with the aide of his effects pedal chain. The result is his first album under his new project (the first ever to adorn his sirname) which is also the debut album on the newly formed Aural Landscape Limited label. The compact disc is letterpress printed on black linen paperstock and is limited to 237 units worldwide.
